Sefton In Mind are pleased to announce the opportunity to apply for a non-recurrent one-off grant to support good mental health in Sefton.
The Sefton In Mind grants aim to support groups and organisations to deliver programmes and targeted activities in Sefton that positively impact on adult mental health.
We are particularly looking to fund activities to improve the mental health of adults, focus on working aged men. However, we understand the impact mental health has on the wider family and will consider applications that including women, children and families.
When people who have experienced mental health problems help inform and shape services, this is sometimes referred to as the voice of lived experience. We are keen to hear more from those who have used mental health services, whether in the statutory or voluntary sector, to understand how we can support more people to come forward for help.
Projects do not necessarily have to be new. The maximum amount to be awarded will be £7,000. The application form and grant criteria are attached for information.
