Grants of Up to £35,000 Available to Widen Access to Hospice Care – 8th February 2021 (England, Wales, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)

Grants of up to £35,000 each are available to support projects which seek to address inequality and widen access to hospice care, in particular for people over the age of 85, people from black and minority ethnic communities, people who identify as LGBTQ+, and people from socially deprived communities.

The funding has been made available by the Masonic Charitable Foundation under the Hospice Grants – Improving Equality and Diversity in Hospice Care programme with the emphasis on widening access and addressing barriers to local hospice services.

Support is available for projects that run for up to 18 months and that work in collaboration with partners and the local community to develop support to address the needs of local people.

To be eligible to apply applicants need to be adult or children’s hospices that are full members of Hospice UK.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on the 8th February 2021.
