Adult and children’s hospices in England and Wales that receive 60% or less of their funding from the NHS have until the 17th August 2018 to apply for funding to the Masonic Charitable Foundation’s (MCF) Hospice grant scheme.
This year the funding will be split between the MCF’s grants programme and a new partnership with Hospice UK. Hospices are able to apply to one or both of these hospice programmes.
The Hospice UK partnership programme aims to develop and extend bereavement support services in hospices, improving the well-being of bereaved families and individuals. Grants of up to £20,000 are available to support projects running over a period of eighteen months. The Hospice UK partnership programme is currently closed and will reopen towards the end of 2018.
