New Funding for Small International Development Charities (UK)

This summer the Department for International Development (DFID) is launching the new Small Charities Challenge Fund.

The aim of the fund is to support the development of humanitarian organisations to scale up the work they already do to help poor and vulnerable communities across the world. The fund will be specifically targeted at small UK-registered civil society organisations with an annual income of less than £250,000. This is the first time that DFID has set up a fund dedicated purely to charities of this size.

Information on how to access the funding will be available once the challenge is launched.
