The European Commission has launched a new call for proposals through its Erasmus+ Sport – Collaborative partnerships programme to support innovative projects relating to sport and physical activity.
Collaborative partnerships consisting of not for profit and public organisations can apply for grants of up to €400,000 for innovative projects that combat doping at grassroots level, notably in recreational environments such as:
- Amateur sport and fitness
- That fight match fixing
- And / or develop innovative approaches to tackle violence, racism and intolerance in sport.
A particular focus will be put on projects that address grassroots sports. To be eligible to apply, the collaborative partnership must be transnational and involve at least five organisations from five different Programme Countries.
The closing date for applications is the 6th April 2017.
